Google User Data
Cloud Job Manager offers optional integrations with Google services through Google OAuth. What Google User Data We Access
When you choose to connect your Google account, Cloud Job Manager accesses only the following data, with your explicit consent:
- Basic profile information (your name, email address, and profile picture) — when you sign in with Google.
- Google Calendar data (your calendar events, including event titles, dates, times, attendees, and availability) — when you connect Google Calendar.
We do not access any other Google user data. We never access your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.
How We Use Google User Data
We use this data solely to provide and improve the core features of Cloud Job Manager:
- Profile information is used to create and authenticate your account and personalize your experience (e.g., displaying your name in the app).
- Google Calendar data is used to sync your job schedules, appointments, and bookings between Cloud Job Manager and your Google Calendar, so your jobs appear on your calendar and scheduling conflicts are avoided.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How We Share Google User Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to any third party, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as our cloud hosting provider) to store and process data on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.
- Business transfers: If Cloud Job Manager is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Transfers of Google user data to others, if any, are made only to provide or improve the features of Cloud Job Manager, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you — consistent with Google’s Limited Use requirements.

- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google’s APIs is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
- Encryption at rest: Google user data, including OAuth access and refresh tokens, is stored encrypted on our servers.
- Access controls: Access to systems containing Google user data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate and maintain the service, and is protected by authentication controls.
- Secure credential handling: OAuth tokens are never exposed to third parties, and we request only the minimum Google API scopes required to provide our features.
- Monitoring: We monitor our systems for unauthorized access and vulnerabilities on an ongoing basis.
Retention and Deletion of Google User Data
- We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the features described above.
- If you disconnect your Google account from Cloud Job Manager (via your account settings in the app, or by revoking access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions), we delete the associated Google user data, including stored OAuth tokens and synced calendar data, from our active systems within 30 days.
- If you delete your Cloud Job Manager account, all Google user data associated with your account is deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
- Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged as part of our routine backup rotation.
- You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected], and we will complete the deletion within 30 days of your request.
What Google user data we access

Log Files
CloudJobManager.com follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of the information is to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.
Cookies and Web Beacons

We retain mobile numbers only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.Sharing of Mobile Numbers We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is protecting children while using the Internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
CloudJobManager.com does not knowingly collect any Personally Identifiable Information from children under 13.
