Cloud Job Manager signup text messages

1. The program
Cloud Job Manager is a product of Host Merchant Services (“HMS”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover the Cloud Job Manager signup text message program.
We text a one-time verification code to confirm the mobile number on your Cloud Job Manager signup. That is the only text we send under this program. A code is sent only when you ask for one. Texts may be sent using an automated system. Entering the verification code for the number you typed on the signup form is optional; you can finish signing up without it.
If you or our team changes the phone number on your signup, we text a one-time code to the new number when you ask for it, so you can confirm it. This code is sent whether or not you ticked the box.
We do not send marketing, promotional, account or billing texts under this program.
2. Who texts you
Host Merchant Services (HMS) sends these texts for Cloud Job Manager, an HMS product, from a toll-free number operated by HMS.
3. How you agree to texts
When the Cloud Job Manager signup form offers texts, it shows an optional box under the phone field. It is not ticked for you. It reads:
“Yes, Cloud Job Manager (Host Merchant Services) may text me at the number above about my signup. (optional)”
The form also shows: “Texts may be automated. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent not required to sign up.”
Ticking the box is how you agree to texts in this program. The one exception is the code for a changed number described in section 1. Agreeing to texts is not required to sign up for Cloud Job Manager and is not a condition of buying any product or service. If you leave the box unticked, you can still sign up.
4. Sample message
Cloud Job Manager: your code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
5. How often
Message frequency varies. You get a code only when you ask for one, and no more than three codes a day to one mobile number.
Each code expires in 10 minutes.
6. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
7. How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts from that number. Because one Host Merchant Services number sends signup texts for several HMS products (Cloud Studio Manager, Cloud Rental Manager, Cloud Donor Manager, Cloud Job Manager and Cloud Event Manager), STOP also stops signup texts for those other products from that number.

9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Your mobile number and privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We pass your number to our text-delivery providers only to deliver the code.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
